Shipping & Returns


With original receipt or other proof of purchase, Aries Apparel will exchange merchandise or issue a refund in the original form of payment for unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached or for defective merchandise, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Aries Apparel will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based or the lowest selling price. A one-time price adjustment will be issued when an original receipt is presented within seven days of the original purchase. Some products require direct returns with the manufacturer.
Gift cards are non-returnable.  All returns and refunds may also be made in person at our Tanasbourne store location.  Click HERE for a map.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We will need to contact you directly to obtain your credit card information as that is not held at the store for your security protection. 
If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 1890 NW 188th, Hillsboro, Oregon 97006. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
